1. Time of Production

It can takes from 1 to 60 days between the order receipt and sending it to the customer. We store some finished goods in the stock. We also focus on manufacturing the products as per customer requirements. If the finished product is out of stock, production time is usually 2-3 weeks. But sometimes we should make the goods from scratch, up to the purchase of materials. This is the reason for such a long production time (up to 2 month) . We discuss the production time with the customer during the order and do our best to prepare the order as soon as possible.

2. Payment Methods

On our website, the default currency for the prices and settlement is USD. We support the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Direct Bank Transfer (SWIFT, SEPA)
• Credit or debit bank card (VISA and MasterCard only)
• Western Union

Please note that the payment is not required before we give you payment details by email. When you complete the order, we automatically receive an email with details. Then we inform you about the availability of the selected product, production time, payment options, and ways of delivery. During the discussion of the order, you can make changes, add details, or cancel the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, payment is required before the shipment of the finished goods to the buyer. In some cases, if the order is non-standard or too big, we can take a prepayment of about 20-30%. Having defined the payment method, we send you the required payment data.

The bank card payment is carried out by LiqPay, an internet acquiring payment system of the largest Ukrainian National bank “Privatbank”  that is serving our company. Also we use the similar internet acquiring payment system Fondy. You don’t need to install any programs or apps. We will send you an email with the link to the payment by card (VISA/MasterCard), made via the bank online payment service. 3. Shipping

By default, we point the value of the goods in the customs declaration and do not insert the invoice with the actual cost in the parcel. Please inform us if you need original paper invoice and we will put it into the package. After the sending, we will provide the tracking numbers.

You can choose a delivery option from available at the time the order will be ready for shipment.

Also you have to make sure that the shipment of purchased goods is not forbidden in your country. By making a purchase at the https://sarmatcrafts.com website you confirm that you are aware of the laws of your country regarding purchased goods, and guarantee that the sale and circulation of these items is not prohibited by law of your country.

If the customs of your country refuse to ship the parcel and send it back to us, we will be able to return the payment to you (minus the shipping costs and transfer fees). In this case, the method of refund is agreed between the Sarmat Crafts store and the buyer, and the refund occurs after agreement.

4. Guarantee and Return

If the goods are damaged upon delivery by the delivery service, we guarantee replacement. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens, but hardly ever. Please note that if upon receipt of the parcel you see that the goods are damaged, you can refuse to receive them and draw up a document on damage to the goods along with the delivery service. Such a document will help us get a refund from the delivery service.

In the case of manufacturing defects, we also guarantee the replacement of the goods.

Return of the goods of good quality is possible by agreement. In this case, the cost of the shipping is not refundable.

5. Responsibility

When using the products please comply with the safety instructions, if such is provided. Please be careful and use all products only as intended. Sarmat Сrafts declines all responsibility for any traumas done to oneself or to the third person along with any material or consequential damage impaired in connection with the improper use of our products.

6. Privacy Policy

To ship the order, we ask for the first and last names of the recipient as well as the address and phone number. For the best communication with our clients, we also need email. We use this personal information only for communication and sending the orders. We guarantee that we will never sell your personal information to any third party. And we don’t make automatic mailing. After the completion of the deal, the order data is stored in the archive. We guarantee to delete the personal information upon the client’s request.
