1. Ukrposhta

We work with the Ukrainian national shipping company Ukrposhta. With this company, we can send an order to almost any country in the world.

Delivery time
Usually it is about 10-15 days for all countries. Unfortunately, in some cases, the delivery may take 3-4 weeks and very rarely 5-6 weeks.

(Parcels up to 90 cm, weight up to 2000 grams)

Shipping cost of parcels up to 90 cm long (for Germany up to 60 cm long), for EU countries, USA and Canada. The cost for other countries may differ.

Up to 250 grams – 7 usd
250-500 grams – 12-13 usd
500-1000 grams – 17-18 usd
1000-2000 grams – 23-25 usd

Approximate shipping cost by Regions
(Parcels more than 90 cm, weight up to 1500 grams)

Europe – 25 usd
USA, Canada, Near East, Middle East – 30 usd
South America, Australia, Southeast and East Asia – 30-35 usd

Shipping cost of parcels more than 90 cm long (for Germany more than 60 cm long) and more than 2000 grams in weight is different. It depends on the country. For each additional 1 kg of weight price increases by 5-10 usd.

2. DHL, TNT/Fedex, UPS, USPS

We also cooperate with international shipping companies such as DHL, TNT/Fedex, UPS which provide fast delivery.

Delivery time
From 2-3 days  to 10-15 days. It depends on the country and shipping company.

Approximate shipping cost
The exact cost depends on size, weight of the parcel and the country of the recipient.

Up to 100 grams – from 6 usd
100-200 grams – 8-15 usd
500-1000 grams – 20-30 usd
1000-2000 grams – 30-40 usd
3-4 kg – 50 usd etc.

We also draw your attention to the fact that the cost of goods and shipping does not take into account possible taxes and duties that the customs of your country may require from you.

Therefore, it is better to clarify the customs regulations of your country, the maximum value of a parcel that is not subject to duties, and the practice of using these rules by your customs. If necessary, we can indicate in the customs declaration the value of the goods and purpose of the parcel in the way that is best for you.

In the case of a lost parcel, we send the order again or return the payment. But in our practice, there have never been such cases.
