This shirt has hand embroidery on the solid piece of linen, not a separately embroidered insert, as in our other shirts. This makes it a little more expensive, as it is more difficult to embroider on a large canvas. But as a result, we get a more complete product. The minimalistic ornament consists of yellow-blue hues. In embroidered shirts, each color has its own meaning.

Blue is a symbol of water, the element of Water. This color is used more often on right-bank Ukraine (from the right bank of the Dnieper River).

Yellow is a symbol of sunlight, the element of the Sun, which fills with energy, helps to grow crops, and also promises wealth.

The combination of different shades of these colors makes the ornament more interesting and voluminous. In addition, blue and yellow are the colors of the flag of Ukraine, which symbolize the sky and the wheat field.

When the fields are sown with wheat and produce a rich harvest under a clear sky, it means that there is peace and prosperity. And we sincerely wish this to everyone on this beautiful planet Earth.

Manual embroidery, repeating ornaments, the symbolism of colors – all this creates not just a pattern, but conveys a wish for prosperity to the one who will wear such a shirt. Ukrainian Vyshyvanka is not just clothing, but also a protective amulet. Therefore a real hand-embroidered shirt is always made from natural materials (linen, cotton, wool) with love and respect for nature.
