The plate can be made from two different species: high quality elm and walnut. Both plates are soaked in natural teak oil. Availability can be selected and specified when ordering.

Elm-tree characteristics:

High wear resistance. Pattern: clearly visible annual layers, continuous straight lines. It looks like an oak tree. More porous. Color: dark brown core, the young layer of the tree has a yellowish tint. After coating with oil, it takes on a more orange tone.

Walnut characteristics:

In this plate, the author selected a material with an even pattern. But in general, the nut is famous for its ornate patterns with a large range of tonal transitions. A dense but pliable wood, very smooth after sanding.

The form itself dictates suitable dishes, it can be homemade bread or large leafy salads, as well as vegetables.

Thanks to the handles, this wooden dish is very convenient to serve. Also suitable for serving snacks and sandwiches for a big company.
